Atmospheric Wet Deposition of PCDD/Fs in the Ambient Air

چکیده
Wet deposition is an important mechanism for removing air pollutants from the atmosphere. The total PCDD/Fs-WHO2005-TEQ wet 2018–2020 was investigated Beijing and Tianjin City in this study. In addition, gas-particle partitioning of deposition, concentrations rain, PM2.5-bound content, PM2.5 concentration were also studied City, respectively. Between 2018 to 2020, as a whole, average seasonal variations PCDD/F fluxes spring, summer, fall, winter 50.50, 41.47, 23.03 16.76 pg WHO2005-TEQ m–2 month–1, respectively, while Tianjin, they 35.30, 42.40, 13.37, 14.77 Because two cities have more rainfall spring summer than do fall winter, has significant influence on flux. regard Beijing, rain 1.70, 0.39, 1.42, 1.52 L–1, those 1.73, 0.42, 1.35, 1.88 above results show that are significantly lower which mainly due fact lower, proportion gas phase increased. When washed away by heavy rainfall, diluted.

Atmospheric transport and wet deposition of ammonium in North Carolina
Wet deposition and transport analysis has been performed for ammonium (NH` 4 ) in North Carolina, USA. Multiple regression analysis is employed to model the temporal trend and seasonality in monthly volume-weighted mean NH` 4 concentrations in precipitation from 1983 to 1996 at six National Atmospheric Deposition Program/National Trends Network (NADP/NTN) sites. A signi"cant (p(0.01) increasing...

Section 112(m) of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments, referred to as the Great Waters Program, mandated an assessment of atmospheric deposition of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) to Lake Champlain. Mercury (Hg) was listed as a priority HAP and has continued to be a high priority for a number of national and international programs. An assessment of the magnitude and seasonal variation of atmosphe...
متن کاملUltraviolet light-induced water-droplet formation from wet ambient air
We report the formation of water droplets by irradiating wet ambient air with deep UV light. The light sources were either a continuous low-pressure mercury lamp or pulsed ArF laser, which both emit light shorter than 200 nm. Water droplets were produced in reaction vessels under different temperature, relative humidity, and moisture-supply conditions. The particles grew as large as about 0.2 m...
متن کاملExperimental examination of the effects of atmospheric wet deposition on primary production in the Yellow Sea.
The effects of atmospheric wet deposition on primary production in the coastal Yellow Sea were examined by in situ incubation experiments in August, 1997. Phytoplankton species flourished in response to nutrient additions and chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) increased significantly when rainwater was added. Concentration of Chl-a increased 2.6 times with the addition of 10% (v/v) rainwater. In a coastal e...

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHS) have been determined in the atmosphere of Isfahan, Iran. Airborne particulate matter was sampled using a high-volume air sampler at roof-top level (~6m). Extraction of PAHS from airborne particulate matter has been performed using SFE system and the relationship between the extraction temperature and the recovery of PAHS</su...
